About Prince-Hilton Tower.
Prince-Hilton Tower is a mixed-use complex with 208 hotel rooms, 120 condo units, 189 indoor parking spaces, ground-floor retail, and community activity space. ARCFE Group 20 seeks to raise funds from 50 EB-5 investors. The project’s I-956F has been approved by the USCIS.
The hotel will be managed by the Hilton Hotel & Resorts Group — the world’s largest hotel management company, set to become a significant landmark in the area.
ARCFE Group 20 is expected to create 881 jobs for 50 investors — offering a surplus of 76% (17.62 jobs per investor). As of July 2024, more than 700 jobs have already been created, meeting the minimum requirement from USCIS.

HUA EB-5 PROJECT IN NYC
Prince-Hilton Tower is a mixed-use complex with 208 hotel rooms, 120 condo units, 189 indoor parking spaces, ground-floor retail, and community activity space. ARCFE Group 20 seeks to raise funds from 50 EB-5 investors. The project's I-956F has been approved by the USCIS, investors will immediately be eligible for I-526E processing, shortening their wait.
The hotel will be managed by the Hilton Hotel & Resorts Group - the world’s largest hotel management company, set to become a significant landmark in the area.
The condos are available for public sale, with 15% already in contract.
ARCFE Group 20 is expected to create 881 jobs for 50 investors - offering a surplus of 76% (17.62 jobs per investor). As of July 2024, more than 700 jobs have already been created 50 investors, meeting the minimum requirement from USCIS, providing a strong safety net for obtaining Permanent Green Card at the I-829 stage.

The project has officially received its Certificate of Occupancy (CO) from the City of New York and has entered the closing and title transfer phase.
This milestone confirms that the underlying real estate asset for ARCFE Group 20’s EB-5 project has been fully constructed and delivered, marking the start of the capital return process for investors.
Nov 2025
The project is currently awaiting official approval of the Environmental Letter. Meanwhile, apartment sales have been progressing positively, with a cumulative sales rate reaching 40%.

The building’s superstructure has been completed, the building has topped out.
The construction of the exterior wall is complete, the glass curtain wall has been installed, and the installation of the balcony guardrail is complete.
The lobbies for hotel and residential are both under construction, and the amenities, hotel space, and community activity space have been partitioned.
The garage space has now been molded.
The commercial space has been assembled with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors and is waiting to be divided after the commercial owners move in.
For the condos section of the building: the model home has been completed, sales have reached 15%, final cabinetry installation, bathroom fixtures are being installed, and sheetrock, plastering, and tiling have been completed.
The hotel room section of the building is waiting for the furniture to come in, sheetrock, plastering, wallpaper, floor tiles, flooring and bathrooms have been completed.
