The project is 63% complete overall. The main structure is fully finished, and interior MEP and finishing work are advancing concurrently.
Structure & Exterior: concrete floor slabs are complete on all levels. Curtain wall mullions are 60% installed, with windows pending delivery and installation.
MEP & Finishing: extensive installation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sprinkler systems is underway. Gypsum board work and kitchen/bathroom tiling are progressing steadily on Levels 2-7.
