The building is located at 27-49/51 Jackson Avenue, LIC, NY 11101. The lot area is 8,000 SF and the gross construction floor area is approximately 91,000 SF. The first and second floor will have about 16,000 SF prime retail spaces.
Exit strategy: EB-5 funds will be paid back from the condo sales. Total sales revenue estimated to be $86M, which is 1.5 times the sum of construction loan and EB-5 amount.

To date, the project has been completed and successfully received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) in September 2025.
The building is officially named “iCross LIC”. It has been met with an enthusiastic response in the rental market and is now fully leased.

The units have all been framed, sheetrock has been commenced. All electrical and plumbing are in. Construction expected completion at the end of 2024.
