About Davis/Union.
ARCFE Group 14 consists of two real estate development projects (Davis & Union) located in the prime locations of Queens, the biggest borough of New York City with a population of over 2 million people.
Davis Project: a 17-story luxury mixed-use building, including 122 rental units and 24 parking spaces, located in the heart of Long Island City.
Union Project: a 14-story Class A office building located in the heart of Flushing’s vibrant downtown business district. The building boasts a sleek glass façade, technologically-advanced infrastructure, and outdoor space. The project will be led by premier developer Lions Group NYC.
The project locations are TEA and meet the 10% High Unemployment reserved visa requirement.

The project is 76% complete overall. The main structure is fully completed, with exterior, MEP, and interior finishing work advancing concurrently on a large scale.
Structure & Exterior: concrete and steel structure and masonry work are complete throughout the building. Curtain wall glass is being installed floor by floor. Roof and exterior wall insulation and finishing work are in progress.
MEP & Finishing: rough-in for plumbing, sprinkler, HVAC, and electrical systems is substantially complete. Tile installation has commenced from Level 4 upward. Elevator and mechanical parking equipment are being installed concurrently.

The project is 66% complete overall, and the main structure is fully finished. The steel structure and concrete have been fully topped out. Masonry work is complete on Levels 1-8 and is advancing in an orderly manner on Levels 9-14. Curtain wall and glass installation are progressing concurrently. Elevator installation has commenced.
