The Project

About Bond LIC Condo (The Bond).

This 7 story building known as The Bond at 46-20 11th Street in Long Island City began life as a two-story warehouse like much of the industrial waterfront neighborhood that surrounds it. Architect Raymond Chan helmed the building’s conversion to a brick-and-glass mid-rise condominium residence with 42 apartments, in collaboration with Edge 2 Architecture, who finessed the interiors.

Fully repaid — a pre-RIA (old law) project. *EB-5 capital repaid to the NCE.
